Project Summary

Richmond Industrial Centre Building 3 is a 200,000 square foot warehouse complete with two separate office spaces. It boasts:
-33 foot high ceilings
-36 truck loading docks
-thousands of feet of cable tray
-hundreds of energy efficient LED high bay lights
-advanced lighting control including daylight sensors, occupancy sensors, and local low voltage controls
