Project Summary

City Centre Community Centre is a two-storey community centre located in the Quintet Phase II complex off of Minoru Blvd between Westminster Hwy and Firbridge Way in Richmond.  The highlight of the electrical install was the very complex lighting control system.  The system allows individual control and energy consumption metering of every luminaire in the project.  This progressive system will give the community centre endless flexibility and control over the lighting throughout the space.
