Project Summary

The Spot is a brand new commercial/residential mixed use development by Shato Holdings. The project sits in the heart of Mount Pleasant across from Vancouver City Hall and on the former site of the White Spot restaurant, from which the project derives its name.

The project consists of 120 residential units ranging from bachelor suites to 3 bedroom estates, 7 townhouse style rental units and four large street level CRU’s for commercial use.
