Project Summary

Major Statistics:

  • “Vertically” stacked school in small urban space
  • Open concept design with interior glass partition walls
  • Fast paced construction schedule with a hard deadline for the spring 2014 school session
  • Large number of design changes and site instructions
  • Extensive multimedia systems in a small footprint with limited wall space for rough-in
  • Full lighting control system with local occupancy sensors

This facility is the third phase of the Stratford Hall school campus and serves their grade 6 to 10 programs. This new building provides additional learning space, including a below-grade gymnasium, two academic learning floors, a science lab, a library, and a rooftop outdoor space.

Thorough planning and careful execution were required to seamlessly blend the electrical installation with the architectural design features. The open concept coupled with interior glass or custom millwork walls presented many unique challenges.

This completed project is another outstanding example of Bridge Electric’s commitment to delivering a quality project ON TIME.
