Project Summary
A 7 level contemporary office building providing flexible workspace solutions for businesses that do not want to own or lease permanent offices.
We performed a full electrical and telecom tenant improvement to an existing heritage building that was refreshed by the base building contractor.
At the tail end of the project we also provided the base building infrastructure for a Kafka coffee cafe with custom lighting.
