The project consisted of three high rise residential towers and one low rise tower, housing Richmond Community Center and Trinity Western University Campus. The towers surround a beautifully landscaped common green space with massive water features. The high rise towers include over 700 residential units in total, from street accessible Townhouses to opulent Penthouses.
