This sprawling project consisted of an operations building and two separate administration buildings on a large site. Due to the size of the site, the project was fed by 2 separate BC Hydro services, one for the operations building and a second service for the two administration buildings.
Some of the design features include extensive exposed structure with multi storey glazing combined with concealed services throughout. This presented many challenges for routing services within the structure. In addition, a precise layout was required for the feature “Bocce Ball” lighting within the administration building.
