Project Summary

This seven floor office fit out was for the MNP accounting group in downtown Vancouver, in the tower that bears their name.

Challenged with working alongside the base building crews as they completed the main structure, our team had strict delivery times and limited elevator access for material and crew movement.

As one of the first office fit outs completed by Bridge under the new ASHREA 2010 requirements, we worked with the owners and consultants to deliver a full functional project that complied with the new code and stayed on budget.

Despite the fast pace and limited access, this project was completed “On Time!”
