This project consisted of a 4-storey office fit-out for LGM, an automotive finance and insurance services provider. The interior design of this office featured many details that incorporated an automotive theme including items such as custom light fixtures designed to resemble a 6-speed gear shifter and a custom suspended lit sculpture in the shape of a Volkswagen Beetle. The interior designer, DIALOG, was awarded the ‘Best Tenant Improvement’ NAIOP and Business in Vancouver Commercial Real Estate Award of Excellence for the project.
Bridge Electric is proud to have been a part of this award-winning project. There were a number of coordination challenges including exposed concrete walls and ceilings, as well as areas of sleek recessed LED lighting designed to minimize the impact to ceiling space while maximizing light output. Lighting control systems were installed to meet ASHRAE standards by incorporating energy-saving automatic timed shut-offs, occupancy sensors, and daylight sensors.
Despite a fast-track construction schedule, this project was completed “On Time!”
