The Child & Family Research Institute (CFRI) is committed to world-class research spanning a wide range of children’s and women’s health concerns. It is the largest research institute of its kind in Western Canada. The research institute has both “wet bench” laboratory and “dry lab” clinical research areas, and other areas to facilitate particular fields of research and training, such as animal care facilities, a stores facility, education centre, and study centre.
