Vancouver’s English Bay has received a considerable upgrade to its waterfront dining choices. The Park Board concession stand located at Denman and Davie Street has been replaced by a two storey Cactus Club Café.
With a small project footprint and LEED Gold design, the most significant project challenge involved maximizing the usable interiors space while still finding room to install the high end, energy efficient systems. Through a high level of coordination and a desire to make it work, this project was a success.
