Complete design/assist redevelopment of a Vancouver City block on the corner of West Broadway and Granville Street. Project included a new 6 storey office tower plus a new home for the Vancouver School Board. The fit out of the VSB space was included in the scope of the project. The anchor tenant for the project was Chapters. The owner was Bental Properties.
