Project Summary

The B6 office tower located at 1090 W Pender Street, Vancouver boasts AAA office space overlooking Coal Harbour and Stanley Park.  This design assist project includes 7 levels of underground parkade, 33 storeys of office space, commercial retail spaces, numerous exterior terraces, penthouse amenity space and meeting rooms, end-of-trip facilities, and an expansive fitness room with 42’ ceilings!  This stunning tower for BentallGreenOak features a large curved LED screen AV wall along with matching curved LED cove lights in the main lobby.  With the design assist delivery model, Bridge provided real-time pricing of contemplated options for the owner and design team to make timely decisions and focus on what mattered most.  B6 is designed to meet WIRED, WELL Building, and LEED Gold building standards.  The electrical systems integrate with a Smart Building app.  Some of the notable features on this project include:
