Located in historic Gastown, this new 7-storey tower provides for both future offices and retail space with parking in its two level parkade. Though most of the structure is new, elements of the existing structures were incorporated into the final design. This primarily included the existing facade but also salvage red brick and an existing steam line that runs right through the site. The top of the tower provides for an outdoor patio with great views of the surrounding city.
The electrical systems of the project included a Hydro Vista room, a high voltage unit substation, digital metering, bus duct, and ASHRAE compliant lighting control systems.
