The project is two wings of a large four wing functional teaching laboratory complex. The facility includes space for laboratories, research space, classrooms, seminar rooms, and a 125 seat lecture theatre and serves a multitude of disciplines; molecular cell genetics, inverts & aquatics, botany, bio chemistry, microbiology, & humming birds.

The Peak
The Peak consists of 14 luxury apartments nestled amongst the woods on British Properties lands in West Vancouver. The apartments have large interior spaces that range from 2,300 to 3,200 sq-ft. The project also includes amenity spaces for a library, putting green, fitness centre, and a spa tub.
