We completed eight building renovations as part of BC Housing’s SRO Renewal initiative to renovate & restore 13 publicly owned single room occupancy hotels in the Downtown Eastside of Vancouver. Each building contained unique historical features that needed to be preserved or incorporated into the new design. The historical components, along with some of the buildings being occupied during the renovations, presented many installation challenges. We completed the following projects:
