Project Summary

This expansion to the existing Willowbrook Mall created the new Food and Beverage District.  This demo/new build included all landlord work for a whole host of cafés, pubs, and restaurants.

Bridge performed the installation of:

• New BC Hydro service
• CRU and house distribution
• Mall Lighting and Lighting control
• Exterior Lighting and Lighting control
• Expansion of the Mall’s existing Fire Alarm system adding 5 nodes

The Willowbrook Food and Beverage District has attracted new tenants to Willowbrook including Red Robin, Tap and Barrel, OEB Breakfast and has reinforced Willowbrook’s place as the destination retail outlet for the area.
