Project Summary

This four level tenant improvement boasts extremely high-end exposed concrete, millwork, stone, and architectural finishes. The attention to detail and artistic flair that Aritzia brings to women’s clothing showed in their interior designs. This made for some very challenging installation details, including coordinating lights and devices with millwork. Each floor has an incredible open air catwalk between the east and west areas in an atrium that is open from ground floor to the roof; this catwalk design required a tremendous amount of coordination to be able to route electrical services from east to west.

Bridge’s electrical scope included:

-installation of luminaires including difficult recessed lighting in custom millwork and custom fabric ceilings
-supply and installation of addressable Encelium lighting controls to meet ASHRAE requirements
-pull owner-supplied tel/data cables and security cabling
-power and lighting for a large cafeteria

Some highlights of Bridge’s performance were:

-Bridge provided a solution to revise and reuse existing distribution equipment to meet the requirements for extra circuits and save the client over $51,000. This also saved time.
-incorporated multiple large architectural and lighting design changes and still finished the project ahead of schedule.

The finished office space that Aritzia moved into is one to be proud of!  Bridge Electric’s team enjoyed collaborating with ETRO, the consultants, and the other trades.  In a period with supply chain issues and delays, we are very proud to have completed this project ahead of schedule!
