The building’s anchor tenant, Shaw Communications, occupies 7 floors. One of the tallest buildings in Vancouver, the building incorporates amenities such as a fitness centre, daycare, and 5 levels of underground parking with separate entrances for Shaw, the residential units, and public areas of the building.
The office building incorporates a building automation control system which controls mechanical equipment as well as lighting systems.
In addition to the emergency generator for life safety, Shaw Communications has installed 2 – 1000 kW generators and a UPS system to provide stand-by power for their data centre and cable services.
